"I first contacted Lewis Bryer via his website when I needed a surveyor specialising in subsidence in the Malvern area, having noticed cracks in my brickwork. He came promptly, advised me on future actions, and prepared a comprehensive report for my insurance company. Subsequently we had a meeting on site with the insurer's loss adjuster, who fully accepted Lewis's report, and a plan of action was agreed. Separately, I had had problems with leaking gutters, causing internal damage to plasterwork etc. Lewis advised on remedial work and recommended a builder. At this stage I had to go into hospital for several weeks, and convalesce away from home, but was happy to entrust Lewis with a key and leave him to progress the work. This he did very ably, keeping me in touch via e-mail and phone, and making life much easier at a difficult time. During building, Lewis called in frequently, keeping the builders on their toes, and ensuring a high-quality job, which I am very happy with. Work on the subsidence claim has progressed more slowly, due to negotiations with the adjacent Housing Association, and holidays, but Lewis has chased people where needed, and ensured continued progress. I am more than happy to recommend him as a trustworthy, diligent and pleasant person to do business with."
